Yealink USB/QD Trainer Cable is an effective tool for 0 center trainers. This cable can connect two Yealink Quick Disconnect (QD) headsets to one PC simultaneously, so supervisors and agents can join the 0 at the same time.
Supervisors can either choose to stay join the conversations or stay muted and listen. What's more, the cable can also be used as a USB to QD adapter because we leave the supervisor cable shorter than the agent cable.
The cable is a powerful tool for 0 center supervisors to train the agents.
